Dear Friends, I hope you have had a spectacular day! It is a little on the gloomy side here in Oregon, but just right to pull it up the fire and read a good book with a great cup of Creme Brulee coffee with cream - no sugar! My dear friend, Myrna is the most amazing hostess and woman of class and of wisdom. She loves acorns and every time I get my PTI acorn out, I think of her. So today I stamped her an acorn. I used SO SOPHIE paper from My Mind's Eye, PTI acorn from First Fruits, one of my all time PTI sets. I also used their text backgrounds for the top mounted piece. I took some Autumn Colors, adhesive backed textured paper, edged with the Fiskars Bracket edge punch. I had a little scrap folded up in my scrap sack which looked like a little gift tag. I just mounted it on the front of the card and then stamped inside it using Verve's Bountiful harvest sentiment. I Cuttlebugged the small scrap of rust paper with an embossing folder, added a little ribbon and fiber and voila! A card which I hope is as classy as its designated recipient! Love you, Myrna! TTFN! Friends, I have 2 more sleeps until I see my 2 big girls, 2 little sweeties and welcome the tiniest of all into the world on Tuesday!
