Hello Merry Sunshines! I am looking for some sunshine! We have had a lot of rain today in our househunting escapades and it always makes it challenging! We did narrow down our community in the Seattle area to Mill Creek! AND we found TWO homes in the same subdivision which would be just absolutely super for us! One is bigger than the other but both are just right for us and will be the downsizing we need! We will strategize an offer tomorrow! This card is more of my quick to the mailbox using the Basic Grey card kit!
